A full day workshop for a small group of up to 16 attendees to really take time to review what's happened in the last 18 months and what steps we can take to purposefully move forward.
By weaving together sessions with experienced personal and business coach Jess Haworth, of BREAK THE 4th WALL and Suzanne Goddard, leading Yoga practitioner and founder of Sheglow Yoga, the sessions aim to renew the mind and body and empower attendees to take on the next chapter of their lives.

What to wear/bring:
Mats and other equipment will be provided but if you would rather provide your own mat please feel free to do so. Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided but should you wish to bring any additional items such as your own water bottle with you then please do so. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for a yoga/exercise class, with enough layers to keep you warm and shoes comfortable for walking in.
